Architect and Urban Planner, completed Master in Sustainability Management at FGV-SP, is currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at EACH-USP, and extensions courses in health culture at HarvardX and Environment & Health at PUC-Rio, in partnership with Advanced Health Education in Portugal. Founding partner of Straubjunqueira, Semente de Ideias and ESGPlan, CBCS Advisor, member of the FIESP Young Entrepreneurs Committee and the Instituto Mulheres do Imobiliário. Since 2007 acting as sustainability consultant with emphasis on Green and Healthy Building Certification Systems. While still at university, she became the first LEED AP student in Brazil and in 2020 was recognized as a LEED Fellow (the 4th professional to receive this title in Brazil). She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield and has over a hundred LEED, WELL, Fitwel, GBC Casa, and PBE Edifica certifications in her portfolio throughout Brazil and Latin America, including the first brazilian Core & Shell development, the first city hall in Brazil, the first school in Latin America, and the first WELL Certificate in Latin America, among others, such as shopping malls, soccer arenas (2014 FIFA World Cup), and industries in the public and private sectors. In addition to being a consultant, she gives lectures and has worked since 2010 as a professor in lato-sensu postgraduate courses at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, FIA, and UnyLeya, as well as free courses at GBC Brasil, Brain, Sindiconet, ABRAVA, among others.
