LEED Interior Design + Construction (ID+C) is a set of performance standards for certifying the design and construction of tenant spaces for office, restaurant, healthcare, hotel/resort and education buildings of all sizes, both public and private. The intent is to promote healthful, durable, affordable, and environmentally sound practices in tenant space design and construction. LEED Interior Design + Construction applies to projects that are a complete interior fit-out.
